How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view your order status by logging into your account on our website.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to any US retail location or by mail for a refund or exchange.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States, Canada, and select US territories. International shipping options vary by region and local franchise availability.
Are your products tested on animals?
Bath & Body Works does not test our finished products on animals. We are committed to eliminating animal testing worldwide and work closely with our suppliers to ensure safety through alternative methods.
How long do your scented candles last?
Our 3-Wick Candles typically have a burn time of 25 to 45 hours, while our Single Wick Candles provide approximately 30 to 50 hours of fragrance.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders immediately. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. You may return the items once they arrive.
